If piece is sold out in web, please send us a message of your desired piece to pre-order and we will get back to you with more information.

Shipping is not included, there is a standard fee of $6.00 to 8.00 dollars, or you can pick up in Wake Forest location at no charge. Also find us in your closest Pop-up event, we will be visiting many of them closer to you.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the piece is damaged or broken from The Atelier. The piece needs to be unworn in original package with tags unaltered or smells. A credit will be issued or an exchange. Alterations are available for a special rate. Swimwear is final sale. Please follow our measurement table to pick your best size. 

We do not alter outside pieces. For alterations of our garments, please contact to make an appointment.
